JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent for this position gathers critical information to facilitate safe and secure execution of reconstruction missions by conducting site assessment visits prior to start of projects, during construction, and at completion.
• Identify civil affairs projects to enhance construction projects.
• Prepare Preliminaries and Executive Summaries for all site visits.
• Provide Site Information Reports and give input to Project Engineer
• Complete Construction Progress, Quality Assurance, and Safety Reports for all site visits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Job Qualification Requirements
1.a. Must have an ABETS accredited degree in Engineering or a NAAB accredited degree in Architecture.
1.b. OR Must have at least 3 years of experience in non-residential construction in QA/QC and supervision jobs. BA/BS degree not required but preferred.
2. Must have ACTIVE SECRET Clearance – (Meaning you have worked on a SECRET job or higher in the last two years and you are not more than 10 years out from your original SECRET investigation determination)
3. Experience and familiarity with terminology, methods, and materials of various types of commercial construction concepts, practices, and procedures
4. Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with customers and staff architects/engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
5. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
6. Must be able to use with Microsoft Office Tools, WORD, EXCEL, & PowerPoint Job Details:
